I create posts in Trbby by moving from the AI Assist feature to the Manual feature

I’d like very much to toggle between the AI assist box and the Manual box without losing content from either when making the switch. I have been practicing using the AI tool for some content, then want to edit/add to it with my own words. I have copied/pasted part of the AI response into the manual composition box, but notice that it’s awkward. Is there an easier way?
